Mr. Udayant Malhoutra

He is the CEO & Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, a world-class design, engineering and manufacturing company which designs and builds highly engineered products for Automotive, Aeronautic, Hydraulic and Security applications. He has been associated with Dynamatic Technologies for over 25 years, and, drives the leadership team of the Company in transforming it into knowledge based organisation.
In addition to being the CEO & Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies, Udayant is also the Chairman and Founder of Greenearth Biotechnologies, India's largest producer of trees and plants through clonal micropropagation.
Udayant is currently the Chairman of the CII National Committee on Design and a member of the CII National Council. He has, in the past, chaired the CII National Committee on Technology (2002-2003) and has been a member of the Board of Governors, IIT Kanpur (1997-2001). He has been a member of the Young Presidents' Organization & World Presidents' Organization (YPO-WPO) since 1995, having served as Chairman, Bangalore Chapter (1999-2001), Chairman, India & South Asian Area 2002 -2004 and as a member of the International Board of Directors from 2006-2009

Mr. Navroze Godrej
Co-Chairman: 2015-2016, CII National Committee on Design
Navroze Godrej attended the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai. Subsequently he joined Philips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, USA, and graduated in 2001. He then joined Boston College in Boston, USA and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and French. He is currently pursuing a Master of Design at the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Navroze joined the Company in October, 2005 as Manager, Special Projects, and has since focused on new product development and marketing and communications. His early projects include Godrej's "Brighter Living" rebranding initiative and the re-design of the retail experience at sixty home furniture showrooms across India. In 2007, Navroze started to work on the company's Disruptive Innovation initiatives, including chotuKool, a refrigerator intended for rural Indian markets.
Navroze has been actively involved at Godrej in the journey of Disruptive Innovation, and sees innovation as the key factor for survival and success. Navroze believes that the innovation process can be used for unlocking large untapped markets, foster inclusive growth and bring about a change of work culture in such a way that people feel inspired to do something new and different, everyday. This is closely linked to Godrej's promise of Brighter Living and re-affirms Godrej's commitment to the community at large and of delivering products and services of greater utility and value.
